Payment

Our website accepts payment by nominated credit card, debit card or other nominated electronic means nominated by us. All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars. Prices listed on our e-store may differ from prices for the same product in our physical stores. The applicable price shall be the price listed in our e-shop from the date of purchase.

Acceptance of orders is at our sole discretion. A final receipt will be issued to you when the goods are delivered to your address or received at our physical store (as the case may be).

Supply Basis: We only supply and deliver products to end users. We do not sell our products for resale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we reasonably believe that you are not purchasing our products as an end user.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargo, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failure or any other factor or due to an act of God Liability assumes liability for causes beyond our control.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China and the Client, and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. We may revise the terms and conditions at any time without notice.

payment method

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

If there are other delivery charges, these will be listed separately for your confirmation and confirmation prior to payment.

order notification

Our e-store only accepts orders delivered to a designated billing address in Hong Kong or a collection order from a designated physical store in Hong Kong.

By placing an order you agree to purchase a product or service subject to the terms and conditions set forth here. We will confirm receipt of your order upon receipt of your order. However, this is not an acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any purchase order without giving any reason. If we are unable to accept your order (e.g. byfor payment issues), we will notify you by phone or email.

If we accept your order, we will confirm with you accordingly and advise the date and time of delivery or when the order will be available for collection at the designated physical store.

Store pickup service (coming soon)

We will notify you by email when your order is available for pickup in our physical store.

When you pick up an order at one of our physical stores, you or your authorized representative will be asked to present your email confirmation for identity verification. We may ask you to provide additional information to verify your identity (such as your full name or other personal information under your profile). If we are not satisfied that the person requesting to collect your order is you or your authorized representative, we will refuse to collect the order in order to protect your interests.

If the store of your choice is closed due to weather or any other factors beyond your control, then you can pick up your order at the same store when it opens the next day.

Exchanges and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated elsewhere on these terms and conditions pages, we do not accept refunds or returns of any kind after goods have been accepted and a delivery note signed.
